HER Realtors 2019 Company Convention

Spend a day learning and networking with your HER Realtors family at the 2019 Company Convention. Our theme is "Together, We Make a Difference! Together, We Are . . . HER!" Cost is $20.00 per person and includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The day will kick off with the keynote address by Venus Morris Griffin, "The Mindset of Overcoming Adversity." You may recognize Venus Morris Griffin from her videos on Real Estate Training by David Knox. She is a top-producing agent in Augusta, Georgia, as well as a wife and mother of seven children. Venus' story will  amaze and inspire you. As she says, "When you experience adversity in your life, at any level, how you move forward and what your path looks like from that point on is defined by one thing: how you respond. Many people allow adversity to overcome them. They allow themselves to be defined as a victim, and in doing that, they embrace a future that is defined by what has happened to them, not by what they did to move past it, learn from it and become stronger. In order to truly move past adversity, you need to have the right mindset; a mindset of overcoming adversity." All agents will also have the ability to hear Dan Elzer speak on "The Transitioning Market."  Do you know what it will take to stay on top in a changing market?  Over the last decade we have had a volume based market fueled by low interest rates and affordability.  Now we are moving to a more traditional market.  There is no doubt that some agents will struggle and find it difficult to adapt.  But, you can find the opportunities that others miss.  Dan Elzer, President of The Training Academy explains the reason for the changes we are seeing and lays out the strategies we need to prosper now and into the New Year. (This session is pending approval for one hour of elective continuing education credit by the state of Ohio.) During breaks, be sure to visit the vendor tables for information, tips, and giveaways!
